Funding physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being!

Join in our mission to improve the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being for SHEDDERS through experiential, anecdotal and traditional resources; body-diverse inclusive education; non-medical share and care support opportunities; upholding UN Human Rights for SHEDDERS; exploring alternative healing modalities; and leading-edge research.

Shockingly, headlines still capture the truth of the SHEDDER experience: that of discrimination, abuse, violence, mutilation, and even death – all because of a natural biological process that should be honoured as live-giving; the creative source of all life.

SHE SHEDS represents over 3.17 billion SHEDDERS. Amply your voice, and give voice. Provide education, resources, support, and care for SHEDDERS throughout the world.

Through SHEDDING the shame, and SHEDDING LIGHT on the natural biological cycles of menstruation through to the completion of menopause, SHE SHEDS will amplify inclusive voices beyond the medical model, allowing for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.
